We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
Final Sale Items
We currently do not have final sale items. All products are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been processed for shipping.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in line with consumer protection laws.
