To make an exchange, please return your item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

If your item is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved. No restocking fees apply.
